The cotton fabric is breathable and sensible for any occasion.  The neck size has an adjustable ribbon which makes it easy to fit a variety of pets and it's interchangeable. **Designs for larger size apparel is made on request unless the fabric is in my current inventory the listing will include all large sizes.  Most larger sizes will likely have a different ruffle or ribbon.
